By accessing and using DripCollector, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Digital Goods
DripCollector provides a marketplace for digitized designer goods. These are digital representations of physical assets securely held in our vaults. Ownership of a digital item entitles you to the right to redeem the physical item or trade it on our platform.
3. Gacha Mechanics
Our "Rip Packs" use random generation mechanics. By purchasing a pack, you acknowledge that the specific item received is determined by chance within the stated probability tiers. All sales of packs are final.
4. Buyback Policy
We offer an instant buyback option at 70% of the current fair market value for certain items. This offer is subject to change based on market conditions and liquidity.
5. Shipping & Logistics
Users can request physical redemption of their vaulted items. Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the user. We ship globally using premium carriers.
6. User Conduct
Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, market manipulation, or any actions that compromise the integrity of the platform. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.
